What are my shipping options?

We try to provide our customers with cost effective shipping. We offer free, non-tracked lettermail shipping to our Canadian customers. If you choose this option, then you are accepting the risk that it may get lost and will not be replaced. We also offer various tracked parcel shipping options for Canadian and international customers.

What is your return policy?

Since each item is customized for you, we cannot accept returns. If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will offer an exchange. 

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to have your order shipped within 72 hours of purchase but will depend on volumes. We will notify you as soon as your package is ready for shipping.
